I started the Couch-to-5K Running Program today. So far, so good. I'm not preparing for an actual 5K, just trying to do something healthy for myself. It's not that I don't love rocking my body by twins, but it's time...
I figured if nothing else, blogging about it will keep me on track!! Wish me luck!!
